This policy explains what BrierIQ collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.

BrierIQ is operated by 501 Group LLC. Public pages may be browsed without an account, but app features, support workflows, beta access, subscriptions, saved data, or alerts may require an account.
This policy is prepared for controlled beta readiness and is subject to founder/legal review before broader paid launch.
Account and profile information. We may collect name, email, account ID, plan, registration date, subscription status, and related account metadata.
Early-access form information. We may collect name, email, organization, user type, interested plan, notes, source path, referrer, user agent, timestamp, and status.
Support and feedback information. We may collect name, email, reason, priority, subject, message, page or feature, user agent, timestamp, and request status.
App usage and operational data. We may collect login and last-seen timestamps, plan-gating events, alert delivery logs, operational events, and saved forecasts, watchlists, or calibration history if those features are used.
Market and tool inputs. We may process Kalshi market URLs, tickers, probabilities, notes, or other inputs submitted to BrierIQ tools.
Communications. We may keep records of email, support, and product feedback interactions.
Billing and subscription metadata. We may store plan, status, subscription dates, payment processor identifiers, and related billing metadata where needed. BrierIQ does not store full payment card numbers.
Cookies and analytics. We may use cookies, local storage, or analytics tools for site operation, security, product improvement, and beta feedback.
We use information to provide and improve the service, process early-access and support requests, manage accounts and subscriptions, operate research tools, send service, support, and alert communications, monitor abuse, improve reliability, analyze product usage and beta feedback, and comply with legal or security obligations.
We may share information with service providers needed to operate BrierIQ, including hosting, database, email, analytics, and payment-processing providers. We may also share information when required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, security, or safety needs. We do not sell personal information.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. BrierIQ does not store full payment card numbers.
BrierIQ retains information as needed to operate the service, support users, maintain records, improve analytics, and comply with obligations. Users may contact support about deletion or access requests.
BrierIQ uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
BrierIQ is not intended for users under 18.
BrierIQ is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BrierIQ after an update means the updated policy applies.
